Burgos

Had an adventure today taking buses and taxis with a few others who need to rest because of injuries. We missed our first bus so had to take a taxi to the bigger town. Once we got there we had to wait awhile in the cold but we got here!
While waiting for that first bus, the Argentinian priest I've seen quite a bit on the way came over to me and asked how was my tendon. He gave me a blessing before he went on his way. It was a sweet reminder to me that whether I walk or bus it, God is with me.

We are in Casa Emails, a albergue in a church run by a wonderful nun. She has been so sweet. This place is warm and clean and a nice break from that chaos that can happen in many alberguea.

We walked around Burgos a bit to see the cathedral. Its massive.
