Monday- Granon

Very interesting little village.
The church only had thin mattresses on the floor so we stayed in a kind of hippie albergue. It was worth it though when we all had to sing for our community supper in our own languages. It was a grand time. The owner looks like a young Alfred Molina.
Marion left us this morning so it was just Betz and me. There was thankfully no rain and my attitude was much improved. I walked for awhile with a couple from the states, but she was originally from Haiti and he's from Congo. Lovely retired couple.
We had walked through Santo Domingo at lunchtime and had a bit of fun in the square.
